Live Freely.
Feel Fully.
A confidential, calm space to explore what’s beneath the surface, where understanding leads to meaningful change.
About Me
I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist registered with PACFA, drawn to understanding people and the stories that shape who they are.
I hold a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology. I believe therapy works best when it feels real, a grounded, honest conversation that allows space for reflection, insight and growth.
I’ve supported clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other complex emotional challenges, aiming to create a space where they feel understood, respected, and safe to explore change. I see therapy as a space where genuine change and self-understanding can unfold.
My Approach
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, guided by the belief that therapy works best when it feels real and honest.
I aim to create a steady, supportive space where we can explore what lies beneath distress and understand how to make sense of your experiences. My work draws on emotion-focused and experiential models, adapting to each client’s needs, and pace.
Sessions are reflective and conversational — a chance to slow down, connect with yourself, and move toward what feels genuine, meaningful, and possible.
Reaching out can feel like a big step. If you’d like to start a brief conversation with me, I’m happy to talk about what you’re looking for and how I might be able to support you.

-
Common reasons include anxiety & overthinking, low mood/depression, grief & loss, trauma & past experiences, relationship/boundary difficulties, and life transitions & purpose. If you’re not sure your situation ‘fits’, reach out and we’ll talk it through.
